Feather-skin flying swift falcon road Riding once-roaring skies raptor glides, Grants space in goddess-hall, gives new life, Lends form and luck to the Lofty One.
Walks-the-Air, Wakes the Gods; wild the seas, Seals war for sea kidney, sink and bite; Brising’s gem brought shining; bright the land, Lifting up leeks’ dark bed, Lady’s gold.
Glittering, gleaming tears: gone the man, Mengloð walks Mimir’s tree, Miðgarð’s trails; Trammeled heart triumphant, trust and faith Finds serpent’s fertile rest fecund, green.
Great are the gifts Mardoll gives her folk: Fire in air. Fire in sea. Fire in land. Love’s flames that leap and play, life’s prized blaze: Blot-Gyðja’s blossoms glow, blessings true.
